Return Policy

  1. Unused Items with Original Tags: Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns if the items show any signs of wear or damage.

  2. Sale or Discounted Items: Sale or discounted items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit us in store, call 281-741-8188, or email orders@yourboutiqushop.com. Please include your order number and reason for return in your message. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s).

  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you if we are unable to provide you with a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and you will recieve store credit only.

  5. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item arrived damaged. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Please call 281-741-8188, or email orders@yourboutiqushop.com if you need to ship back a damaged item. 

  6. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s). Again, all sales on discounted/sale items are final. 

  7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
